If you’re caught in a downward spiral
It is easy to go with the flow,
And plunge into the sea of despondency,
And wallow in feelings of woe.

It’s difficult to drag oneself upwards,
Tho’ desparate to make a fresh start
So… why not count your blessings?
Go on!… “Lift Up Your Heart!”
