True Confessions

I’m a “Trying my best, with God’s help” Christian,
Not one who is “Holier than thou”.
I’m a “Searching and probing for truth” Christian,
Not one who “knows all and knows how”.
I’m a “Wish I could get it all right” Christian,
Not one who “has got it off pat”.
I’m a “Looking for help all the way” Christian
But, my God, in his heaven, knows that!
